A: I’m not here to keep you accountable to a cookie-cutter plan. I bring 25+ years of experience in CX strategy, business architecture, and human-centered design—and I apply that to your real-life business. This isn’t motivational fluff. It’s deep, actionable insight tailored to your rhythm, your values, and your growth stage.

❓ Is this just for women?

A: My work is open to all, but my style, language, and systems are unapologetically designed with women (especially solopreneurs, moms, and late bloomers) in mind. If that speaks to you—regardless of gender—you’re welcome here.

❓ What if I don’t even know what I need yet?

A: Perfect. That’s exactly what the Discovery Session is for. You don’t need a pitch deck, roadmap, or clarity—you just need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to explore what’s next.

❓ I already have a business. Is this still for me?

A: Yes—especially if things feel heavy, stagnant, or misaligned. I work with both new and established founders who need to re-clarify, restructure, or evolve what they’ve already built. I’m not here for shiny new launches—I’m here for what comes after.

❓ Will you give me homework or a to-do list?

A: Only if it helps you move forward. Each session ends with practical next steps based on what works for you. If you need focus, I’ll give you structure. If you need space, I’ll give you room. This isn’t performance coaching—it’s real strategy for real life.

❓ I’m in a different time zone—will scheduling be tricky?

A: Not at all. I’ve worked across 18+ time zones (literally), and we’ll find a time that works for both of us. I offer flexible booking slots, and if you’re juggling caregiving or a chaotic schedule, we’ll make it easy.

❓ Will I get support after the session?

A: Yes. Every client gets access to a private Notion space to track your insights, resources, and progress. Some bundles also include a private Slack channel where you can ask quick questions or share wins in between sessions. You won’t be left alone with a PDF and a “good luck” wave.

❓Can we cry on the call?

A: Totally. Laugh, cry, swear, get excited, get confused—I’ve seen it all, and I’m here for all of it. This is a human-first space, and the work gets real sometimes. Bring all of you.

❓ Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. The bundles are already split into payments, and we can always chat about flexible options if needed. I want this to be accessible, not stressful—just reach out.

❓ Will this solve all my business problems?

A: Nope. But it will give you strategic clarity, structure, and support so you stop spinning in circles. Think of it like recalibrating your compass—not teleporting to the finish line. You’ll walk away with insight, a real plan, and tools you can actually use.

❓ What’s your refund policy?

A: I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, simply because this work is live, personalized, and time-intensive. But—if something urgent comes up and you need to reschedule, I totally understand. Just give me at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time.
